Celkov\u011b tedy bude administrativa hypot\u00e9ky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pokud nebude m\u00edt \u017eadatel v\u0161echny podklady p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 a bude je dopl\u0148ovat v pr\u016fb\u011bhu schvalovac\u00edho procesu, bude doba od pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti do kone\u010dn\u00e9ho vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky podstatn\u011b del\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e tomu bylo dosud. Z\u00e1kon p\u0159inese v\u00fdhody pro klienty hypot\u00e9k Nov\u00fd z\u00e1kon je p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed i na poskytovatele hypot\u00e9k. Pokud bude hypot\u00e9ka poskytnuta klientovi, v jeho\u017e p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byla poru\u0161ena povinnost detailn\u011b posoudit schopnost spl\u00e1cet, stane se smlouva o hypot\u00e9\u010dn\u00edm \u00fav\u011bru neplatnou a poskytovatel si nebude moci \u00fa\u010dtovat \u00faroky ani poplatky a ji\u017e zaplacen\u00e9 \u00faroky bude muset klientovi vr\u00e1tit. Ten pak bude hradit pouze jistinu \u00fav\u011bru a spl\u00e1tky budou muset b\u00fdt upraveny podle jeho finan\u010dn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f. Hypot\u00e9ku bude tak\u00e9 mo\u017eno bez sankc\u00ed splatit p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky jsou zdarma m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159ed v\u00fdro\u010d\u00edm uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 25 %. P\u0159i nab\u00eddce hypot\u00e9ky bude muset b\u00fdt zve\u0159ejn\u011bna a p\u0159ed podpisem smlouvy p\u00edsemn\u011b potvrzena jej\u00ed celkov\u00e1 cena, klient z\u00edsk\u00e1 nav\u00edc \u010dtrn\u00e1ct dn\u00ed na rozmy\u0161lenou.
